I had a major electrical system failure between Portland and Rockland. Literally limped into Grover. After a challenging parts search, they had me on the road by 11am, fitting me into their schedule. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. I do wish the labor had been an hourly charge and not by the book rate as it added to a pricey part, but overall, I was glad to have the fix and get to a ferry to Vinalhaven that same day.

Just a note to say that I'm very well satisfied with my recent major car repairs & service that I received from Grover Auto & Tire, Inc. I had a variety of things done to my 13 yr. old car, and all they did seems to have turned out fine. The owners, auto technicians & mechanics treated me well. I was given a detailed report of what was needed and how they were coming along & doing things as work progressed. I was also given one of their cars to drive while mine was in their shop, free if charge. I'd definitely recommend them & their services. John M., Westport Island.
