Having left a competent service technician in Alexandria, VA, I was pleased to find someone in Maine who had a penchant for doing the helpful work one needs to offer others support - by that, I mean, driving them around in a safe vehicle. Their recommendation for wipers actually came in the nick of time after all these heavy rains. Simple, fast, and explicit about length of time to wait. Thank you and very pleased.

I thought this was a great shop at first because they let me "test drive" one of their used cars, but I've been back twice and it cost me over $1800 in three months! The price wasn't the worst part though: it was a week and a half before they got to my car the second visit. I felt that it was probably because they knew their last repair/part replacement was faulty and so they couldn't rightly charge me for the work so (I felt) that they made me last priority...I'm a local and need a good local garage in a pinch so I'm hoping they get better about priority and proper compensation. Looking forward to positive change in this business

There was nothing wrong with my car radio. It was the speakers. You recommended putting in a new radio, and that would have been an unnecessary expense that would not have solved the problem.
Shop Comment We would not have sold a radio if it did not fix the problem. The technician suspected the radio was the issue. The issue needed diagnosis.
